Bozenna Pasik-Duncan is a Professor of Mathematics, a Courtesy Professor of both EECS and AE, and an ITTC Investigator at the University of Kansas. Her research interests are primarily in stochastic systems and stochastic adaptive control, system identification and estimation, and control education as a field that spans science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) education.
Dr. Pasik-Duncan is actively involved with IEEE CSS and currently serves as Deputy Chair of the IEEE CSS Technical Committee on Control Education. She has been the CSS Vice-President of Member Activities, the IEEE CSS Liaison to IEEE WIE, an Associate Editor and Associate Editor at Large of the IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, Chair of the Standing Committees on Assistance of Engineers at Risk and International Affairs, and Founder and First Chair of the WiC Group. Dr. Pasik-Duncan is also associated with the IFAC as Chair of the IFAC Technical Committee on Control Education and currently serves on the IFAC Technical Board and IFAC Awards Committee. She is the Program Director of the SIAM Activity Group on Control and Systems Theory and was formerly involved with SIAM in several other capacities.
Dr. Pasik-Duncan is an IFAC Fellow, an IEEE Fellow, Distinguished Member of the CSS, and a recipient of the IEEE Third Millennium Medal. She has received many awards, including the Kemper Award, H.O.P.E Award, L. Hay Award, Steeples Service to Kansas Award and is a member of the KU Women's Hall of Fame. She served on the Friends of the Lied Center Board and currently serves on the SMA Academic Program Advisory Board. She is Founder and Faculty Advisor to the AWM Student Chapter at KU, Founder and Coordinator of the MAM / Outreach Program, and faculty advisor for the NSF GK-12 Program at KU.

Tasnim Binte Shawkat is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology, Bangladesh. Her research areas include metamaterials , optoelectronics and photonics, optical fiber systems, optical fiber communication etc. She has a good number of research publications and the recipient of IEEE Photonics Society Travel Grant Award in 2018 for her emerging research carrier in photonics and supervisor of many project works which have been awarded in home and abroad based on IoT, ML, Android App etc. She is also involved with various government research projects in Bangladesh. and is the president of Startup Rajshahi Division (northern part of Bangladesh) and helping to develop local innovation-ecosystem. Tasnim has long volunteering experiences with IEEE too since her membership in 2012 till today in different executive positions in her student branch, section, as well as IEEE R10. She was the organizing committee member of many national and international seminars, student competitions as well as reputed international conferences within and outside her country. She has also contributed in IEEE Region 10 as a member in the membership development committee (2019-2020) and Women in Engineering Committee (2020). Now, she is the member of the Professional Activities Committee of R10.

Dr Bindu is Professor and Head of the Department Electronics & Communication Engineering at Vidya Vikas Institute of Engineering and Technology, Mysore.
Dr Bindu holds a PhD in Electronics (Mysore University), Masters in Industrial Electronics (with Honors) and Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (with Distinction). Dr Bindu has 22 years of teaching experience and is involved in guiding research scholars and teaching UG and PG students, and her major area of research include Pattern Recognition, Computational Intelligence MEMS. Dr. Bindu has been instrumental in setting up PCB Design Skill Center and MEMS Center for Excellence at campus.
Dr Bindu has published over 85 peer reviewed research publications. Dr Bindu is a member of senior IEEE, Life member of ISSS and IETE, Fellow of Institution of Engineers [FIE]. Dr Bindu has been nominated as the academic council member of University of Mysore. She is the Chair of the newly formed IEEE Mysore Sub Section. She has won the Best branch Counselor IEEE small student branch award.
Dr Bindu has received several awards and recognition including best paper awards and First prize at a Project competition at IISc. She has won the award of IEEE women in Engineering Achiever Award in 2020.

Pooja Sharma K is currently working as a Component Engineer at Flex Pvt Ltd India. She was the Secretary of the IEEE YESIST 12 (YOUTH ENDEAVOURS FOR SOCIAL INNOVATION USING SUSTAINABLE TECHNOLOGY) (formerly SS12) 2020 and Co- Chair for IC track 2020. Presently she is the Co-Chair for the Junior Einstein Track of YESIST12- 2021. Recently she has been appointed as the Executive Committee Member of IEEE Region 10 Women In Engineering for the year 2021-2022. She is the present Executive Committee Member of IEEE Madras YP and also the Secretary for IEEE Madras WIE. She is the one of the Initiative Leads of IEEE Computer Society Job Fair – India. She is the most enthusiastic volunteer of IEEE Computer Society and Women In Engineering. She has won “Richard E. Merwin Scholarship” from IEEE Computer Society, “Grace Hopper Celebration India Scholarship” from Women in Computing, produced by AnitaB.org and “Google and Udacity Scholarship”.
She has been the Program Committee Member of many events of IEEE CS and WIE. She has started many IEEE Chapters in her Student Branch as well as helped other chapters too. Dev is an IEEE VoLT (Volunteer Leadership Training) graduate in 2020 who is holding IEEE technical society memberships in IEEE PES, IEEE IAS and IEEE PELS. His volunteering extremities were lying when leading as the Committee Member of IEEE YESIST 12 Maker Fair consecutively in 2019 and 2020. He is the founder and former chair of IEEE PES Student Branch Chapter, University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka.
His vast experiences were remarked with volunteering in “International Conference on Information and Automation for Sustainability 2018, Sri Lanka”, “IEEE R10 Humanitarian Technology Conference 2018, Sri Lanka” and again in 2019, Indonesia.
Moreover, Dev has volunteered as the Country Representative (Sri Lanka) of IEEE PES Day 2020 as well as in 2021. He showed off his talent and excellency in leading the IEEE Day 2020 as the Regional Lead of Region 10 (SL, BD, IN, PK). This guy is giving his best as the Lead Ambassador in IEEE Collabratec and IEEE Brand Ambassador for past years while grabbing the international recognition.

Ms. Preethy V. Warrier is currently working as a Siting Engineer at Vestas Wind Technology India Pvt. Ltd., Chennai. She is a post graduate in Power & Energy, with experience in wind farm modelling and design of solar photovoltaic systems (utility scale and domestic). Her key responsibilities include data analysis, energy estimation, wind turbine load and power optimization, power curve verification testing (pre sales assessment) and hybrid system design.
She is a Senior Member of IEEE and Impact Creator at IEEE Transmitter. She is currently serving as the IEEE WIE Special Funding Subcommittee Member, Treasurer at IEEE Madras Section WIE Affinity Group and Co-Chair for the WePOWER Track in IEEE YESIST12. She has also taken several other leadership positions at local, national and international levels. She is a member of the IEEE Power & Energy Society and IEEE PES Women In Power.
She received IEEE Outstanding Women In Engineering Volunteer Award from IEEE Kerala Section in the Professional Category in 2015 and Student Category in 2012. She was also awarded Certificate of Excellence by the Electrical & Electronics Department of Government Engineering College, Thrissur, Kerala for her overall performance during the period 2009-’13.
Her areas of interest include Solar and Wind Energy, Grid integration of renewable systems, resource modelling, Smart Grid, and Digitalization in renewable energy.

Dr.Vydeki Vijayakumar is an active IEEE/WIE Volunteer for more than 15 years. She was the Chair of Madras IEEE WIE during 2015-2019 and improved the WIE membership in Madras Section. She acted as the Chair of first ever IEEE WIE International Leadership Summit, held at Chennai, in 2015. Dr.Vydeki is presently working as Associate Professor in the School of Electronics Engineering, VIT Chennai and serves as the IEEE Student Branch Counselor there. She is instrumental in initiating the Women in Engineering SB AG at her campus, in addition to few other society student chapters. She is keen in fulfilling the mission of IEEE, by motivating students to develop technical projects to solve every day issues of common man. She was recognized for her volunteering activities with the “Outstanding IEEE SB Counsellor and Branch Chapter Advisor Award” in the year 2020. Dr.Vydeki has also served as a member in the Projects sub-committee of SIGHT in 2019 & 2020. Ms. Indhumathi Gunasekaran is an Associate Software Engineer at Accenture, India. She holds her bachelors in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Panimalar Institute of Technology, Chennai, India. She is currently serving in the roles of Regional Student ambassador of R10, Co-chair of IEEE YESIST12 (Special Track), Member of PELS Students Sub-committee, Member of PELS Women in Engineering, Founding Chair of Nuclear and Plasma Sciences society and IEEE Brand Ambassador. She served as the Section lead of IEEEXtreme 14.0,Publicity and Promotions Lead of IEEE WIE International Leadership Summit 2020, Student Chapter Ambassador of Power and Energy Society, Chairperson of Computer Society chapter of IEEE Panimalar Institute of Technology Student Branch & Vice-Chairperson of IEEE PIT SB. Indhumathi was previously the IEEE Student Branch Secretary and Chairperson of Women in Engineering AG of the Student Branch.
Indhu has won IEEE Women in Engineering Inspiring Student Member Award (2020) for her distinguished leadership and outstanding contributions as a volunteer, at the Section and Regional levels, serving the IEEE and IEEE Women in Engineering for the benefit of its members and the engineering profession; IEEE CS Richard E Merwin Scholarship for her outstanding leadership as a Student Volunteer; IEEE CS Upsilon Pi Epsilon Scholarship and Grace Hopper Celebration India Scholarship in recognition of her outstanding academic and professional accomplishments.
Acknowledging her achievements she has been awarded as the ""Outstanding Student Award 2020"" , ""EMERGING STUDENT VOLUNTEER” award for the year 2018 and ""The Best Student of the Year 2018"" by ISTE TN Section level in their 18th Annual Convention. Not just in IEEE but she has also proved herself in academics with outstanding performance. She secured the first rank in her department during the university examinations for several academic years. She has been an active participant, volunteer and has coordinated and organized many co-curricular and extracurricular activities. She has been and will always be a source of inspiration for upcoming minds.
She has a been a kind person in helping new minds for their development. In her spare time, she founded and served as organizing secretary for She-the coder and initiated several school education program. Arangan Rishikesh T is a pre-final year student from St. Joseph’s College of Engineering, Chennai. He is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
Arangan Rishikesh T is a budding flutter developer and well-versed WordPress developer. He has 3+ years of experience in Graphic Designing and Video Editing. He is currently serving as the Chairperson of St. Joseph’s College of Engineering IEEE Student Branch Chapter and Website Committee Lead in IEEE PELS SYPS 2021.
He has also bagged first place in Yaadhum Oorae Global Conclave Hackathon organized by the IEEE YESIST12 Committee under the Southern India Chamber of Commerce and Industry in association with Guidance TN. He served as a video editor for the event, “IEEE smart village Consultation on Serve the Underserved'' in Feb 2020. He served as a video editor for the event organized by IEEE VIT TEMS, “IEEE TEMS Industry Forum Madras” in Feb 2020. He along with his SB Webmaster created a website for IEEE Madras Section Young Professionals in May 2020.
Rather than IEEE, he is also strong in soft skills as well as technical skills. He has done multiple internships and a budding contributor towards Open Source.
Dr. Aishwarya Bandla heads the Translational Core at The N.1 Institute for Health and is a Senior Research Fellow at the National University of Singapore (NUS). A multidisciplinary team of scientists and clinicians, her research group focuses on wearable bioengineering solutions for disease prevention in the oncology and neurology spectrum. Dr. Bandla holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from NUS, has published her research in high impact peer-reviewed journals and has won several international research conference presentation awards. She represented NUS in the Global Young Scientist’s Summit 2018, a multi-disciplinary platform for conversations on science and research, technology innovation and society, and solutions to global challenges. Aishwarya was also recently featured in the inaugural Singapore’s 100 Women in Tech list 2020, which celebrates women who have made significant contributions to tech in Singapore and for their ability to influence, inspire and impact on community and industry. She was also featured in GovInsider’s Global 50 women in Govtech story.
Aishwarya, an IEEE senior member, chairs the Professional Activities Committee as part of the IEEE Singapore Section and is the immediate past chair of Women in Engineering Singapore. She is also part of the executive committee of the IEEE Region 10 Women in Engineering and the Engineering in Medicine and Biology chapter Singapore. As a circle leader in the Lean In Singapore community, Aishwarya is passionate about motivating professionals to “pay it forward” by mentoring peers and young people.

Darwin Jose Raju is an IEEE Senior Member, Associate Professor and the Head of the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering in St. Xavier’s Catholic College of Engineering, Tamil Nadu, India. He is an active volunteer of IEEE Madras Section. In addition to being the SIGHT Operations Committee Chair, he is also Chair of IEEE Education Society-Madras Section and Coordinator of IEEE StB 62851- St. Xavier’s Catholic College of Engineering.
Dr. Raju received his Bachelors in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Masters in Applied Electronics from the Hindustan College of Engineering, Chennai. He completed an MBA from Tamil Nadu Open University and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Anna University, Chennai. Now, with more than 20 years of teaching experience, he continues teaching undergraduate and post-graduate classes in various subjects. He has knowledge about Electrical design in MEP services. Under his guidance, many of his students became IEEE members and have been awarded numerous scholarships and awards from IEEE Societies and IEEE WIE.
For his service as an IEEE volunteer, Dr. Raju was elevated to a Senior Member of IEEE and awarded the “Outstanding Student Branch Counselor” award in 2009. He received the IEEE MGA Leadership Award in 2012, as one of the three global recipients.
An enthusiastic volunteer with remarkable contributions and achievements, Dr. Raju works for the goodness of society and the student community and believes that success is the joy of self-satisfaction.

Ankayarkanni is an IEEE Member working as Software Engineer in Formcept Technologies & Solutions Pvt. Ltd, Banglore, India. Her volunteering in IEEE SIGHT, IEEE MAS EduSoc Chapter and IEEE StB 62851- St. Xavier’s Catholic College of Engineering is commendable. She has visited schools to disseminate her knowledge to the students and taught the art of craft-making to uneducated women in villages. For her active involvement, outstanding performance and being a real inspiration to other students, she has been recognized with the Honourable Mention of “2018 WIE Inspiring Student Member of the Year” and “2020 IEEE SIGHT Volunteer Award”.
