YESIST12 23's travel opportunity is here!

IEEE YESIST12 is excited to announce that travel grants will be provided to participants of this international competition, which aims to recognize the innovators across the globe. The travel grant is intended to assist deserving students in attending the IEEE YESIST12 2023 Grand Finale, which will be held on September 2nd and 3rd, 2023 at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport (AASTMT) in Egypt.

Participants who have registered to attend the Grand Finale Offline are strongly encouraged to apply for the grant and take advantage of this opportunity.

Rules and Regulations:

Nominations for the travel grant will be accepted from May 10th to June 30th, and the results will be announced by the second week of July.
To receive the travel grant, it is important to submit all necessary documents, including travel tickets, bills, and receipts for expenses incurred during the event.
The travel grant amount provided by the YESIST12 for each participant will be 40% of the total travel fair subjected to the maximum of INR 20,000.
The morality of the money transferred for the travel grant will be intimated after the finale, to the selected participants.
The selection email will be sent to participants by July 2nd Week.
Priority will be given to those who have an accepted abstract and are registered as offline participants to travel to Egypt for showcasing their project at the Grand Finale.
Please note that participants must attend the Grand Finale in Egypt to receive the travel grant.
