📌 Important Guidelines for YESIST12 Grand Finale Participants
I. Professionalism and Fair Play
No National Symbols: Please do not display or use country flags or any national symbols during your presentations or at the award ceremony. The focus is on your innovation.
Punctuality: Be on time for all scheduled events, including your presentation slot.
Respectful Conduct: Maintain a professional and respectful attitude toward fellow participants, judges, and event staff at all times.
II. Your Belongings and Prototype
Your Responsibility: The safety of your prototype and personal belongings is your sole responsibility. The YESIST12 team and the venue are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
Secure Your Items: Do not leave your belongings or prototype unattended. Take necessary precautions to secure them.
Data Backup: Ensure you have a backup of all digital files, including your presentation and code, to prevent any issues.
III. General Rules
Team Presence: All registered team members must be present for the entire Grand Finale.
Final Decisions: The judges' decisions are final and binding.
Travel Documents: You are responsible for having all the necessary travel documents, including a passport and visa, for entry into Malaysia.
Local Laws: You must comply with all local laws and regulations while in Malaysia.
IV. Prize Money and Travel Grants
For Prize Money: You will need to provide your bank account details and a canceled cheque.
For Travel Grants: You must provide your tickets, boarding pass, and proof of payment.
