YESIST12 24's travel opportunity is here!

IEEE YESIST12 is excited to announce that travel grants will be provided to participants of this international competition, which aims to recognize the innovators across the globe. The travel grant is intended to assist deserving students in attending the IEEE YESIST12 2024 Grand Finale, which will be held on September 7th and 8th, 2024 at the Tunis Science City, Tunisia.

Participants who have registered to attend the Grand Finale Offline are strongly encouraged to apply for the grant and take advantage of this opportunity.

Rules and Regulations:

  1. Nominations for the travel grant will be accepted from June 15th to July 10th, 2024 and the results will be announced by the last week of July.
  2. To receive the travel grant, it is important to submit all necessary documents, including travel tickets.
  3. The travel grant amount provided by the YESIST12 for each participant will be 40% of the total travel fair subjected to the maximum of INR 25,000.
  4. The travel grant payment process will be intimated after the finale, to the selected participants.
  5. The selection email will be sent to participants by July last Week.
  6. In order to qualify for the travel grant, Participants must have an accepted abstract and should have registered as offline participants.
  7. Please note that participants must attend the Grand Finale in Tunisia in person to receive the travel grant.
