A Panel Discussion on the topic “Pole of Women In Power & Energy Sector” was conducted to address the gender gap in the fiels of energy.

With the professional experiences and addressing questions on different opportunities in the power and energy sector of Singapore, US, and Turkey; skills required by women to retain in this field, career breaks, and work-life balance, the panelists gave a good insight on the following – “It is important to focus on your goals, have passion towrads it and at the same time have proper commmunication skills. There is no perfect balance between career and family, it’s how you prioritize. You may have to let go of some of your hobbies. It’s ok to fail. But that shouldn’t stop you. Whenever you are taking a break, make sure to stay connected with your field and people.” They stressed on having hybrid skills.
